I don't think its because of stress completely. I've been getting this for over 20 years. When I was totally stress free or not. I think its hormonal. I also get micro bald spots on my beard and mustache area as well. Eventually they all grow back but it takes a while. When I did nothing, it took a year to grow back. It grew back in about 6 months when I took Biotin supplement & used Biotin shampoo. I never tried the oil but I'll try it to see if it works.

I used to take them for about 3 months straight and my mood was significantly improving. I suffer from depression and low energy, which the doctor says is side effects of my hypothyroidism.
